Housing at Nebrija´s Official Residences

We are pleased to announce that Nebrija now has a Residence dedicated to housing international students and is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Madrid. It is 15 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the Princesa campus with excellent public transport options (the Arturo Soria metro is right at its doorstep).

This building offers 80 spots in single rooms, all with their own bathroom and with the following services included:

• Meal plan according to the chosen option: only breakfast, half board, or full board.
• Bed and bath linen provided weekly.
• Room cleaning once a week.
• Self-service laundry.
• Internet connection via Wi-Fi.
• Access 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In addition, it has more facilities and shared rooms than most other residences, including communal kitchens, a library, gym, "chill out" areas, garden zone and more.

Finally, and further differentiating it from the other 3 official Nebrija Residence buildings, it is the only one that provides continuous housing during holidays and festive periods such as Christmas and Easter Week. For a more complete experience in Spanish language and culture immersion, we offer accommodation with Spanish families on a half or full board basis.

These families usually have a lot of experience in living with students of different nationalities and cultures, so they approach their hosting with an open mind. They communicate in Spanish with their guests, therefore keep in mind that international students choose this option to improve their level of Spanish, broaden their language skills, and learn the language in a more natural and effective way.

Assigned rooms are for individual use, and are equipped with a bed, a study table with a lamp, a chair and a wardrobe. Students can enjoy the common areas of the house, as long as they always respect the customs of each family.

The following services are also included:

• Washing and ironing (if necessary) clothes and changing of bed linen and towels at least once a week
• Room cleaning at least once a week
• Wifi 24 hours
• A space in the fridge to use
