Founder of AZC Global Integral de Comunicación y Gestión S.L., a communications agency in Spain specialized in executives and HR (www.azcglobal.com).
Director of the radio show Valor Salud, a weekly space for opinion and reflection featuring executives from the health and healthcare sectors in Spain, currently broadcast on www.capitalradio.es.
Promoter and creator of the brand Líderes.
Proven experience in leadership roles across various media outlets such as Antena 3, Intercontinental, COPE (Gestiona Radio), and Capital Radio. Former General Director of Communication and HR at Intereconomía, and General Director of Intereconomía Formación. Regular contributor to the TVE program Emprende.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Navarra and a PhD in Information Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid. He is President of the Association of Management Journalists, trustee of the Foundation for Communication Studies, member of the Editorial Board of Fundipe, President of Alumni UNAV in Madrid, and President of Team-Talento y Empresa Andaluza en Madrid.
He is also a speaker and professor in the first Master's Program for Experts in Internal Communication at UCM, the Master's in HR at the University of Loyola, Atresmedia Formación, and serves as advisor in the Career Services Area at the University of Navarra and for various HR Master's programs.
