María Rita Blanco

María Rita Blanco is a professor at Nebrija University, having previously taught undergraduate and graduate classes at Rey Juan Carlos University, Madrid, as well as at various universities in Argentina. She was accredited as a Associate Professor with a PhD in 2021 and has held a six-year term since 2024. Her main areas of research interest are talent and career management, and her work has been published in various renowned international journals. Her professional experience includes having worked in Human Resources for more than twenty years, in multinational and local companies, with national and regional reach. Regarding her studies, she holds a PhD in Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain), a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from the London School of Economics (England), and a degree in Business Administration and Public Accounting from the Catholic University of Argentina (Argentina).
