Payroll and Social Security
Graduate in Labor Relations and Human Resources from the University of Jaén. In June 2015, she began her professional career in Human Resources, performing various functions related to payroll, employee benefits, training, travel expense payments, and employee support, among others. Since August 2017, she has been working at Correos y Telégrafos S.A. within the Directorate of People and Labor Relations, specifically in the Compensation area. Her responsibilities include implementing internal corporate projects to improve system performance, updating regulatory frameworks, adapting internal policies (such as scheduling plans and accounting cost allocation changes based on activity type), loading training records, managing travel expense payments, and most notably, overseeing the centralized payroll closing process for over 100,000 employees using the SAP HR platform. She has completed courses in Nominaplus, Introduction to Machine Learning, and Big Data. Since October 2019, she has been teaching in the Master’s Program in Leadership and Human Resources Management, delivering the course on Payroll and Social Security, currently under the new curriculum plan.
