Dare to start the Journey: From Self-knowledge to Mastery of Interpersonal Relations Management.

Self-knowledge, the first aptitude of Emotional Intelligence, is the root of all change and personal growth, as well as the prelude to the optimization of interpersonal relationships. Perhaps it is the most difficult to learn, and mankind's most unnoticed educational failure. Through this subject, we will be aware of our strengths and weaknesses, we will learn to identify our moods and the consequences they can have on our behavior, control our reactions and use them productively.

In addition, we will discover and develop in a practical way a methodology for the analysis and mobilization of people, which will allow us to understand the attitudinal behavior of those around us, identify their feelings and emotions, act effectively in our interpersonal relationships, as well as exert positive influence on others.

  • Activate inner change from the perspective of one's own reality, in order to generate new learning, deepen self-knowledge and result in self-growth.
  • Analyze the concept of change and reflect on our personal mission and our abilities when managing it, taking into account the resistance and forces that affect the process.
  • Learn and practice the most effective personal styles of action for each interpersonal relationship, as well as those that we must use in the different situations or issues to be managed.
  • Know the qualitative and quantitative elements that make up an interpersonal relationship and practice with them through attitudinal diagrams.
  • Define the most appropriate strategy to achieve the mobilization of all the people with whom we establish a relationship, differentiating the performance techniques based on their Sociodynamic profile.

Fernando Aguilar-Galindo Ávila

Fernando has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Comillas and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Complutense University, in addition to being a Specialist degree in Psychology Applied to Business from ICADE.
Throughout his 30 years of professional experience as a consultant, he has held leadership and management positions in multinational companies such as Bossard, Cap Gemini, MCC, Soluziona and Indra.
He is a regular speaker/lecturer (social strategy, communication, management of emotions and stress, management and direction systems, leadership and mobilization of people...) in public and private companies / organizations, and currently he is also part of the Iñaki Piñuel Institute, carrying out Psychotherapy and Coaching actions in terms of toxic psychological relationships, dysfunctional families, as well as in prevention and management of Psychosocial Risks, such as Mobbing and Bullying.
