At Nebrija University, every Bachelor's degree requires candidates to undergo an admission process. Our academic orientation department is here to assist you in identifying the university degree that aligns best with your aspirations, informing you of its career prospects, and addressing any queries you may have.

In order to enroll at Nebrija University, you will need to undergo admission tests. These tests are free of charge and do not obligate you in any way. They are designed to help you assess your abilities and identify the university program that aligns best with your goals and needs.

National Student Access

Access via EVAU/EBAU
  • Photocopy of the passed grade card for Selectividad [Spanish University Entrance Exam] (EVAU/EBAU/PAU).
  • Receipt of having requested academic file transfer. (It will not be necessary if you provide the grade card for Selectividad with a digital verification code).
  • Photocopy of ID.

Vocational Training Programs (VT)
  • Photocopy of the vocational training certificate with the subjects that were passed.
  • Photocopy of the VT degree or receipt of having requested it.

Recognitions, validations and transfer of academic files

Access for people over 25 and 45 years old

Individuals aged 25 or older who lack academic qualifications for university access via other routes can gain entry to official Bachelor's Degree programs through an access test. This test is open only to those who are turning 25 or have already reached this age in the year the test is conducted.

However, those with a degree that qualifies them for the EVAU are ineligible for this entrance test, regardless of when they earned that degree.

  • Photocopy of the Certificate of Passing the Entrance Tests for People over 25 years or 45 years old.

Access for people over 40 years old

Individuals who are turning or have turned 40 by December 31 of the current application year, and can demonstrate relevant professional or work experience, may enroll in a Bachelor's Degree at Nebrija University related to that experience. This option is available provided they do not already possess a diploma granting them university access.

  • Company and work life certificate that certifies the work experience that gives access to the degree.

International Student Access

Foreign Baccalaureate recognition. Baccalaureate in an educational system outside the European Union or in a country without a reciprocity agreement

Foreign university graduate
  • Previously legalized/apostilled Foreign University Diploma.
  • Photocopy of the official academic transcript indicating the grades obtained and the final numerical grade of University Studies, showing the completed university degree, previously legalized/apostilled.

Unfinished foreign university studies
  • Photocopy of the official academic transcript, which should include grades earned, a grading scale, credits, and the numerical grade for each subject. All documents must be translated and officially legalized./li>
  • The curriculum or subject list from the degree for which you are seeking credit recognition. This should bear the original seal of the originating institution. If unavailable, provide the documentation specified in the credit recognition process.
  • Programa de las asignaturas sellado por la universidad o centro de origen, con detalle del contenido y créditos o carga horaria de cada una de ellas y/o documentación solicitada en el procedimiento de reconocimiento de créditos, por parte de la Universidad Nebrija.
  • The syllabus for each subject, stamped by the originating university or institution, detailing content, credits, or workload. Alternatively, provide the documentation as requested in Nebrija University's credit recognition procedure.

All copies must be accompanied by a certified original copy: neither printed nor photocopied versions are acceptable. If the documents have a digital verification code, they can be emailed to us. At the university, we can produce the necessary certified copies, provided you bring both the copies and the original documents for verification.

For Bachelor's degrees in education and for the degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, a Certificate of No Criminal Record of Sexual Nature, in accordance with Organic Law 1/1996, dated January 15, on the legal protection of minors, is mandatory. International students must provide a Criminal Background Check Certificate issued by their country of origin.

The Physical Activity and Sports Sciences degree necessitates a medical certificate confirming the student's physical suitability for sports participation.

Admission to the Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education requires a score of 5 or higher in the Spanish Language and Literature exercise of the general phase of the University Access Test. If the final admission grade for Primary Education was 9 or higher, this requirement is considered fulfilled. Students entering through routes other than the PAU (University Access Test) must present an admission grade of 6 or higher.
