The Expert Degree in Tourism and Gastronomic Communication is a program that provides the knowledge, terminology and specialized and essential techniques for the preparation of communication materials in this area. The student will learn the techniques applied in the field of tourism and gastronomic communication in different conventional and digital communication media, as well as its use in new technologies, social networks and other communication tools.

Professors


The faculty is made up of communicators and specialists in tourism and gastronomy communication from the Spanish media, agencies and consulting companies, with Spain being recognized as a country of reference in the management of tourism and gastronomic development. The course is directed by Professor Miguel Angel Moncholi, PhD in Journalism (UCM), Bachelor's Degree in Audiovisual Communication and technician in Public Relations and Protocol, currently Director and Member of Training at the Spanish Federation of Tourism Journalists and Writers (FEPET). Dr. Moncholi has directed over 15 postgraduate courses related to the different areas of Specialized Journalism, a subject of which he is a professor, as well as a member of the Spanish Institute of Specialized Communication (IECE)
