Student profile: The students must be interested in acquiring training in the area of International Business Law, with capacity for studying, analytical mentality, readiness to share and participate actively in the course, as well as having capacity to conclude on time the tasks and work that are indicated.
Those postulants who meet the requisites imposed by the current legislation, with undergraduate or bachelor’s degree in Law may access the Master Degree Program. They can be either recently graduated from the cited degree or persons who have various years of professional experience, always related to enterprise and the world of international business.

The companies and institutions need workers capable of advising, leading and working in international business operations.
The Master’s Degree in International Business Law of the Nebrija University responds to this need, training professionals in an international profile. Thanks to an innovative curriculum, the graduates can negotiate, prepare, offer legal opinions or help to minimize regulatory costs in international business transactions. In short, they can advise their clients on decisions that lead to their progress and development.
The basic objective of this program is to give its students academic training of a professional nature in counselling and participation in the creation of international businesses. All with a practical methodology, studying actual cases and the national and international regulatory frameworks that apply to them.
The graduates will be capable of leading projects of business expansion to new countries and/or markets, whether they are already established companies or are new brands. Furthermore, they will be prepared to capture foreign investment and contract suppliers and clients. In addition, they can advise on mergers and acquisitions of international companies, intellectual and industrial property registries or resolve conflicts between companies.
