This exclusive program, which lasts one academic year, is a highly specialized artistic master's degree for training in the practice of figurative and realistic painting, a fundamental starting point for the creation of unprecedented pictorial images, which investigate, interpret and highlight the importance of facts, both past and present, of the history of Spain.
Participants will learn how to successfully carry out narrative and historical painting projects from Augusto Ferrer-Dalmau, promoter of the program and example in Spain of a pictorial genre, that of history and military painting.
Augusto Ferrer-Dalmau Nieto (Barcelona, January 20, 1964) is a Spanish painter with a realistic and academic style, specializing in history and battle painting. In many cases, he portrays various aspects and periods of the Spanish Armed Forces with great naturalism and attention to detail. He is a member of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Saint Elizabeth of Hungary (Seville) and has received numerous distinctions and awards, including the Order of Isabella the Catholic.

In this first edition, a maximum of 15 participants will enjoy a personal space as a studio, with free access outside school hours, both during the week and on weekends.

Visual artists, both professional and amateur painters, lovers of painting and recent graduates of Fine Arts who wish to research and highlight the importance of relevant and significant episodes in the History of Spain through the construction of their own images.
The Master's degree offers each participant a personal space as a painting studio, with free access 24 hours a day, including on weekends, so that they can optimally carry out the required exercises, their pictorial work, and grow as artists. In this space, the participants will also receive criticism and lessons from the professors, as a professional dialogue, and will be able to dedicate quality time to the practice of painting in a privileged and exclusive environment. Both the exclusive dedication and the high artistic demand of the Master's degree will enable the student to create images applicable not only to the development of their own professional work, as a painter of portraits and historical narratives, but also in the development of contents of illustration, graphic novels, Concept Art and Graphics for videogames, as well as the creation of characters, environments and vehicles for digital animation.
