For its part, the admission profile for the Master's Degree in Business Administration, MBA, is defined as follows:

The University has a Promotion and Admissions Department, which is responsible for providing personalized information to those who request it, and follow up and facilitate the candidate's access phases, from the administrative and management perspective. This Department has specialized people for each program, trained to handle requests for information that may arrive by e-mail, telephone or fax, enabled for this purpose, and that appear in advertising. The possibility of having an interview with the Master's Degree Coordinator and the Department Director is also provided.
The candidate will have access to all the information about the admission process and requirements on the University website, where he will have extensive and accurate information on the curriculum, the academic phases, the requirements, the selection and enrollment process, the academic fees, the teaching staff and the research lines of the department.
Nebrija University has accessible information systems and reception and orientation procedures for new students in order to facilitate their incorporation into the corresponding university studies and, in the case of students with specific educational needs derived from disability, the University provides the adequate support services and advice, which will assess the need for possible curricular adaptations.
The most important activity of information and counsel to interested students is carried out by the Academic Information Section of Nebrija University, which is responsible for implementing and coordinating all the actions described above, in addition to:
In order to perform all these tasks, the Promotion and Admissions Department (P&A) has an academic advisor for each area of knowledge, who works closely with the academic departments, which also participate in the advisory process, since after a first activity of information they determine the profile of the student who is ready to take on the degree in which he/she has expressed interest, to advise him/her in another sense if they consider it necessary, and to verify that the student will be able to successfully overcome his/her university stage in the Nebrija. For this, the academic coordinators hold informative meetings and interview the candidates, while supervising the specific tests (as well as their general record). In each of these tests, one can see the profile sought by Nebrija for each degree. At the beginning of each academic year, the academic coordinators are responsible for updating these tests in order to ensure that interested candidates conform to the profile that is known to successfully complete their university degree.
As established in article 16 of RD 1393/2007, modified by RD 861/2010, students who meet any of the following conditions may access these studies:
In addition to the evaluation of the academic merits provided by the candidate, students must take the following tests that are part of the admission process.
1.- Foreign language level test 10%
In order to know the students' real level of knowledge of the foreign language, the Institute of Modern Languages will design a language positioning test. The level tests consist of a written exam with multiple-choice questions, oral and written comprehension, and use of the language with a duration of 60 minutes. They are taken in person or online. Depending on the results of this test, the student will be positioned at the corresponding level.
It will not be necessary for the candidate to take the language positioning test if he/she submits a document that proves knowledge of a foreign language at a B1 level of the CEFR. The accreditation of the level will be validated through the official degrees in the table of certificates admitted by ACLES (http://www.acles.es), and they will also be reviewed by the Institute of Modern Languages.
The student who decides to take the subjects in English must reach the B2 level in the test in order to ensure that this language can be the vehicular language of their academic program and, therefore, that they can reach the competences adhered to each subject. If the level test is not passed, the student must take the subjects in Spanish.
2.- Personal interview 90%
Carried out by professors or University advisors, this interview is aimed at verifying the suitability of the candidate and his/her profile in accordance to the degree. It is about determining if the candidate has sufficient motivation, training and knowledge, skills, aptitudes, communication skills, extracurricular activities and future interests necessary to be admitted as a student in Nebrija University's postgraduate courses.
3.- Degree-specific tests: not applicable.
In general, the admission documentation will be submitted to the Admissions Department.
The student must provide the originals or certified copies of the documentation presented, within a period established by the University, to formalize their enrollment. Any inaccuracy, falsity or omission of information, statement or document provided by the student in the admission period will determine the impossibility of continuing to exercise the right from the moment the University has proof of such facts, proceeding to the cancellation of the application for admission submitted and the place awarded, notwithstanding the criminal, civil or administrative responsibilities that may arise.
In order to access the official master's degrees, it is necessary to submit the following documentation:
In the event that the studies granting access to the pre-registration of the Master's degree are completed in a Foreign Higher Education institution, both the degree and the academic record (grades) must be official and issued by the competent authorities, in accordance with the legal system of the country of origin.
Once the student has been admitted, they will proceed to enroll, which consists of the following phases:
Annual Registration Fees
Candidates must reserve a place. This economic pre-enrollment guarantees the candidate's place in the University. These annual registration fees will not be returned except for students who are conditionally admitted, or do not exceed the legal access requirements.
Enrollment
Pre-enrolled candidates who wish to formalize their academic enrollment at the University must, within the deadlines indicated, follow these steps:
Deadlines for enrollment

The maximum number of credits in the cases of professional experience and/or university's own degrees may not exceed, as a whole, 15% of the total credits that constitute the curriculum, according to RD 861/2010.
As noted in Art. 13 RD 1393/2007 of October 29, subsequently modified by RD 861/2010, and by RD 195/2016, students enrolled at the Antonio de Nebrija University may request recognition or transfer of credits taken at this or another University.
Recognition is understood as the acceptance by Antonio de Nebrija University of the credits that, having been obtained in some official studies, in this or another University, are calculated into different studies for the purpose of obtaining an official degree.
Likewise, the transfer of credits implies the inclusion in the official academic documents accrediting the studies taken by each student, of the credits obtained in official courses previously taken, in this or another University, which have not led to obtaining an official degree.
The credits obtained by the student will be recognized in the new studies:
Credit recognition for accredited work and professional experience will be carried out if said experience is related to the competences inherent to the degree in the subject matter to be recognized. The accreditation may be based on reports and/or certificates issued by the companies or entities in which the activity was carried out, professional associations, etc. This is justified in the wording of RD 861/2010, which requires the accreditation of that experience, and it seems logical that such accreditation be carried out by third parties.
In no case will a general recognition of credits be made based on years of experience, or any other similar general criteria.
The presentation of this type of reports and/or certificates that accredit work and professional experience will be a necessary, but not sufficient, condition for the recognition of these credits, since it will ultimately be the Antonio de Nebrija University who decides whether or not to proceed to the recognition of credits in view of the accreditation submitted, in application of current legislation, in the exercise of its university autonomy, and in accordance with its internal credit recognition procedure.
Nebrija University will take special care in the process of credit recognition for professional experience, which will be applied with a restrictive criterion and a clear correlation between experience and recognized competences, for a correct and orderly development of the new legal scene, and within the framework of the instructions issued by the Evaluation Agency both in the verification processes and with a view to the accreditation processes of the degrees.
The maximum number of credits of the cases for professional experience and/or university's own degrees, may not exceed, as a whole, 15% of the total credits that constitute the curriculum, according to RD 861/2010.
Under no circumstances will studies be recognized if not taken in institutions officially recognized as Universities or Higher Education Centers, or if taken in Centers of such nature, they do not have the character of higher studies, such as professional or university extension continuing education. The credits corresponding to Master's degree final research project will not be recognized either.
Procedure used by the University in the admission process to recognize the students' previous studies for teaching leading to the degree.
Credit recognition must be requested by the student at the time of formalizing his/her enrollment. The student must also pay the fees established for this purpose, and present the following documentation to the Registrar's Office:
The Academic Committee of each department will study in detail the documentation provided by the student, and will issue the appropriate resolution accepting or denying recognition and/or transfer.
All the credits obtained by the student in official studies taken at any University, the transferred ones, the recognized ones and the passed ones in order to obtain the corresponding degree, will be included in his/her academic record and reflected in the European Supplement to the Degree, if it is requested.
The recognition of the credits in the cases for professional experience and/or university's own degrees will not include their grade, so they will not be calculated for the purpose of scaling the record.
The University regulates and implements the recognition of credits in students' records, based on the current legal regulations and the internal one that are reflected in the “PGA_1 Procedure for the recognition and transfer of credits”, approved by the Vice Rector's Office for Academic Ordinance, and that is available in the Nebrija Website and the Student Portal.
In the case of university graduates whose previous studies do not include training in Business Management and Administration, Antonio de Nebrija University will offer and require complementary courses so that all students who access the master's degree have adequate prior knowledge in the business area.
These complementary courses have a maximum teaching load of 14 ECTS credits, and are classified as follows:
