\nExisten historias que no son portadas de peri\u00f3dicos, ni abren telediarios. Historias de personas que parece no interesarles a nadie porque no son historias de superaci\u00f3n o al menos no se podr\u00edan vender con ese eslogan. El boom de la salud mental ha llegado para quedarse. Cada d\u00eda se publican numerosos art\u00edculos sobre la importancia de la salud mental o se hacen programas en prime time sobre personas que han superado alguno de estos problemas. Pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo es el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de una persona con un problema de salud mental grave? \u00bfy el de su familia? \u00bfa qui\u00e9n puede interesarle? El problema est\u00e1 en que parece que lo que no se ve, no existe. Y estas realidades, el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de estas personas, tambi\u00e9n existen. He is a psychologist, a vinethist, a lecturer, a writer and an activist. Author of the book: Those Things That Weigh Us Published by Penguin Random House. He develops much of his work in his social networks account -occimorons where he shares weekly bullets and cartoons about mental health through his protagonists occi and morons. It currently has a community of more than 150,000 people since the project began in April 2020. In addition, he provides talks on mental health in associations, institutes and universities. He manages the project Dame la mano-Hermanos Especiales, where he accompanies and gives emotional support to siblings of people with disabilities and coordinates educational projects in the association S\u00edndrome 22q11.2 Andaluc\u00eda.
