The objective is to develop in students the improvement of the competences and skills necessary in their job search process and that they learn to move in the labour market while they are doing their professional internships, in short, to learn above all to “look for a job” while they are “working in internships” or while the different internship offers are coming in. Internship programme The Master in Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency incorporates as part of its training project a period of Professional Internships (extracurricular) in Companies, Consultancy Firms or Organisations related to the energy sector. The main objective is to complete the students’ training by applying, in a real environment, the skills and knowledge acquired in the Master’s Degree. Another objective of the internship is to acquire the necessary work experience required in most selection processes in the sector. These internships will be developed with a maximum of 30 hours per week during the academic year in order to make it compatible with the attendance to the Master . Once the teaching period is over, the internship can be extended to 40 hours per week. Work orientation module This is a transversal module that is carried out throughout the Master’s course, where the objective is to teach students how to “move and interact” in the energy sector labour market through training sessions, practical experiences of professionals in the sector, but above all with group interaction sessions and individual accompaniment. Situation of the labour market. How the professional energy sector works. Personal analysis. CV and cover letter development. LinkedIn: profile, contact management and personal branding.
