  • A program designed to equip women in STEM and engineering with targeted leadership and management strategies

Women make up 56.5% of university students in Spain, yet only 24% of those studying Industry, Engineering, and Construction are women (SIIU). At the leadership level, the gap persists: women represent just 36.8% of board members and 23% of senior executives (CNMV).

When representation is already low at the base and shrinks further up the ladder, accelerating progress isn’t optional—it’s essential.

Unique programme compatible with the professional activity and specific for STEM women, engineers to access the Top Management of companies.

This program equips participants with the management, digital, and responsible leadership skills needed to step into leadership roles quickly. Each participant also works with a dedicated coaching expert to sharpen their leadership potential. Together, they identify key development areas and build a personalized growth plan, with ongoing expert guidance and support.

    Programme focused on today's realities

We live and work in a fast-changing, tech-driven world. While female engineers are well prepared technically, advancing into leadership requires strengthening key skills like confidence, visibility, and strategic thinking.

This program helps bridge that gap—building leadership, business vision, and decision-making skills, while connecting participants with inspiring women leaders in STEM.
