If you are thinking of taking a Double Degree, at Nebrija University you will find a proposal that goes far beyond combining two degrees.
Our programmes in the Faculties of Economics and Business, Law and International Relations, and Communication and the Arts integrate the NextGen Talent Micro-credential, designed to develop leaders prepared for a global environment.
What does this Microcredential consist of? It is a unique training experience of very high professional and academic value that combines Workshops with experts and managers, a personalised support programme to strengthen key competencies and an international Study Tour (Capstone) at a prestigious international university in Montreal, Miami, Boston, Hong Kong, Singapore or Shanghai. Business workshops.
During the 1st to 4th grades, there will be six working sessions of 2.5 hours each, with invited experts from companies, media, agencies, law firms and institutions to discuss topics such as:
- The most disruptive technological innovations
- New working methods and business models
- Deep Learning, Cognitive Science, Critical Thinking
- Global Affairs, Public Affairs
- New rights in the digital era
- Sustainability, Diversity, Agenda 2030

Personal support
We have defined a competency profile for global leadership that enables our students to properly manage their personal purpose and that of the companies and institutions they will join:
Competences:
- Global vision and critical thinking: abilities to design the future.
- Coherence and entrepreneurship: making the right decisions.
- Teamwork and generosity: taking care of personal relationships.
These six competences will be assessed through an online assessment at the beginning of the programme in order to provide each student with a personal development report. Based on this report, we will have two development sessions each year to draw up and follow up an action plan to work on two competencies each year.
At the beginning of the fourth year, a new online assessment will allow us to measure the personal improvement achieved. In addition, it will provide each student with an orientation about the positions and sectors of the global market with which their profile has more affinity.

International Study Tour.
At the end of the Double Degree, students will carry out a final one-week stay at a prestigious international university in destinations such as:
- Montreal (Canada)
- Miami (United States)
- Boston (United States)
- Shanghai (China)
- Hong Kong (China)
- Singapore
Each student will be able to choose the destination according to the topics that best suit their preferences (global affairs, entrepreneurship, emerging markets, business and international relations...).
