Deposit Licence in the Nebrija University Repository

By signing this document, the author grants the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija a non-exclusive licence to use the work in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

The author hereby grants to the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija the non-exclusive rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication (including in electronic format) for the purpose of making the work available to third parties in the Nebrija Repository.
The author authorises the University to transform the work or adapt its format whenever necessary, provided that this does not alter its content, as well as to keep copies of the deposited material and to make back-up copies.
The author assigns the work a Creative Commons NoCommercial - NoDerivativeWorks (CC BY-NC-ND) licence. This allows other users to download and share the work, as long as the work is not modified or used commercially. The licence is granted for the duration of the intellectual property rights to the work and is worldwide.
The author is responsible for the originality of the work and for the enjoyment of the rights that are licensed for use in favour of the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija and declares that it does not infringe the rights of third parties, having obtained, if necessary, the appropriate permissions from third parties.
Likewise, the author declares that the work does not include personal data that could compromise the rights recognised in the regulations governing the Protection of Personal Data and prevent its open publication.
The author releases the University from all liability for any claims by third parties arising from the work, the rights to which are licensed.
Nothing in this licence limits, reduces or restricts any legal limits on the exclusive rights of the owner of the work, which the University undertakes to identify.
