40 years promoting Risk Management in Spain
AGERS, Spanish Association of Risk Management and Insurance, which during almost 40 years of existence (2024 is the 40th anniversary), as a non-profit professional Association constituted on April 4, 1984, has responded to the objectives that moved its foundation: the dissemination of the scientific methodology of Risk Management in its aspects of prevention, identification, evaluation and protection of industrial risks. It serves as an instrument for the integration of the Risk Management and Insurance sectors, thus contributing to strengthening Spanish companies and the image of Spain's economy internationally.

- Acquire an overview of Business Risks.
- Define the process of risk identification, assessment and evaluation within an organisation, describing the set of techniques and analytical tools available to assess risk.
- Ability to analyse and make decisions in business management and business continuity.
- In-depth knowledge of the legal obligations of company directors and managers and how to respond to them.
- Analyse and understand the process of risk financing, in order to understand its nature and purpose, and to study in depth the insurance contract within the company's Risk Management.
