With the backing of the best companies in the sector
In a constantly evolving global landscape, where business models are reinventing themselves, brand portfolios are expanding and the expectations of the most exclusive guests are reaching new levels of sophistication, the industry demands a new generation of leaders. The Master in International Hotel Management is born as the answer to this challenge, a pioneering academic programme designed to forge the professionals who will lead the transformation of the sector. We are dedicated to cultivating talent that not only anticipates trends, but creates them, positioning you at the forefront of international hospitality.
Throughout an intensive and deeply immersive academic year, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey that challenges conventional paradigms. Our meticulously structured curriculum will take you to the frontier of knowledge in the areas most critical to management success. You'll explore in-depth operational excellence, strategic marketing and revenue management as pillars of business performance. At the same time, you will dive into the drivers of the future: the integration of sustainability criteria (ESG) in the strategy and management of hotel companies, the application of digital transformation and artificial intelligence to personalise service and optimise resources, the leadership of talent in multicultural environments, and the financial and strategic management of hotel assets.
We believe that leadership is forged in action
The true essence of this programme lies in its strong commitment to practical application. That is why we have built a solid bridge between the most rigorous theory and business reality. Our learning by doing approach is materialised through an itinerary that includes curricular internships in top-tier companies in the sector, where you will be able to observe and contribute to the daily dynamics of an international hotel. This commitment to tangible experience culminates in a final in-company consultancy project, a real challenge where, as part of a team, you will diagnose and propose strategic solutions to a specific business challenge, leaving a tangible mark on an organisation and on your own CV.
Beyond technical skills, this programme represents an investment in your development as a complete professional and as a leader. Through personalised coaching and specific sessions, you will enhance your essential management skills: persuasive communication, negotiation, decision-making in uncertain contexts and managing diverse teams. This humanistic and professional dimension is the hallmark that will prepare you to respond with agility and judgement to the talent needs of the future, enabling you to inspire and guide in a dynamic, globalised and rapidly changing industry.
"We are living in a fascinating time for the hotel industry. Digitalisation, artificial intelligence and sustainability are not just themes of the programme; they are tools that we integrate into every project, every case study, every strategy session with our international partner. We want our students to leave here not just with a degree, but with the confidence and vision to lead in a global, complex and opportunity-filled environment".
"Our commitment is to train you with the necessary skills to be the professional that society demands. In our Faculty we promote practical teaching methodology and dynamic and participative teaching, to achieve maximum employability and the development of your entrepreneurial spirit".
