A Master’s Degree designed with the industry to shape the next generation of international hospitality leaders

The Master’s Degree in International Hotel Management was created in response to the profound transformation taking place across the hospitality industry: new business models, global brand expansion, accelerated digitalization, sustainability, advanced talent management, and increasingly demanding guest expectations.

Developed in collaboration with Meliá Hotels International, one of the world’s leading hospitality groups, this program delivers advanced, up-to-date training directly connected to the real challenges of international hotel management. Its goal is to prepare professionals capable of leading hotels, teams, and projects in a global, competitive, and constantly evolving environment.

The program combines the academic rigor of the university with the practical expertise of a major international hospitality company and the experience of leading industry professionals. This combination allows students to understand both the core foundations of hotel management and the trends reshaping the future of the sector: operational innovation, revenue management, guest experience, sustainability, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, multicultural leadership, financial management, and international strategy.

Delivered fully online, the program allows students to balance their studies with professional responsibilities while progressing at their own pace. This flexibility makes it especially suitable for professionals looking to advance their careers without stepping away from their current roles.

The result is a program designed for professionals aiming to grow within the global hospitality industry and move into leadership positions across hotels, hospitality groups, tourism companies, specialized consulting firms, corporate departments, and international hospitality projects.
