José Antonio de la Lastra

He earned his degree as an Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University (United States), as well as a Master’s in Financial Management and Control from IE. He also completed a Program for Development Management (PDD).

With over 40 years in the private sector, he has garnered extensive experience nationally and internationally, holding various roles in multinational companies. His positions have included Division Production Director, Division Controller, Director of the Human Resources Division, and Vice President of Corporate Finance and Director. He has also consulted for small and medium-sized enterprises.

In addition to his corporate roles, he has conducted numerous courses and seminars on diverse topics within business management. He has held the position of Associate Professor at Nebrija University for two decades.
