Antonio Díaz-Barceló Caffarena

He holds a PhD in Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid where he studied his Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering. He holds also a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia and an MBA from Georgetown University.
He has combined his professional experience with teaching business management. He is President of EUROCONSULTING Asesores Financieros and has 25 years of experience in the financial markets and the real estate sector.
He began his professional career as an auditor and consultant and subsequently headed the stock market analysis departments of ABN AMRO in Madrid and London, and BBVA and Deutsche Bank in Madrid. He has been responsible for the portfolio from Bankia in Sareb and director of strategy and corporate development in Acciona and Grupo Rayet and member of the board of directors of Bestinver, S.A.S.V.B, Marina Port Forum and Rayet Geriatrics as well as president of Georgetown Club of Spain.
