Alejandro Gómez Rosende

Alejandro Gómez Rosende holds a Law degree from the University of Navarra, a Master's in HR from Centro Estudios Garrigues, a Master's in Labor Law and Social Security from the University of Barcelona, and has completed Management Development Programs at IE and ESADE. Additionally, he is a University Specialist in Executive Coaching from Miguel de Cervantes European University.

With over 25 years of professional experience across various Human Resources disciplines, Alejandro has spent the majority of his career at CEPSA. His roles have included HR Business Partner for the Downstream business, Leader of HR Operational Excellence, and Director of HR Organization and Transformation. Currently, he serves as the HR Director for CEPSA's Exploration and Production business, overseeing HR operations across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

He also contributes to HR education in prestigious master's programs, teaching subjects such as leadership, organizational culture, employee experience, and strategic HR management.
