He holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration (UCM).
Expert in operational issues, he has been Attaché of Acquisitions and Industrial Cooperation at the Spanish Embassy in Washington D.C., in charge of the coordination of the acquisition programs and development of international systems in which Spain participates; Logistics Officer at the United Nations Representation Office in the former Yugoslavia, where he designed and implemented the logistics systems for the distribution of humanitarian aid in Bosnia and Herzegovina; and Deputy Director of Production at Lucent Technologies - Microelectronics.
Currently, he works as a business consultant and Management Trainer in operational issues, organizational development and internationalization of companies and as a professor of Operations in several Business Schools and Senior Management Programs.
