Ángel Javier Vicente Pérez

PhD in Law from Rey Juan Carlos University and Graduate in Law and Political Sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid, with a PDG from IESE, Postgraduate in Risk Prevention from University of Salamanca, and a Master's in Human Resources Management and Organization from ESIC Business & Marketing School.

He is currently serving as the General Director of HR at Avintia Group and Vice President of the International Association of Human Capital Managers (DCH), he has held senior positions in people management at companies such as Cofares, Fremap, Mapfre, and Intereconomia. He also served as spokesperson for employers and an expert in the health sector at the International Labor Organization's Tripartite Meeting on improving working conditions in health services in Geneva. He has been a practicing lawyer since 1996.

Additionally, he is a professor at various business schools and universities.
