Ismael-Santiago Sánchez-Herrera Bautista-Cámara

With over 20 years of experience as an ORP technician, HR consultant, auditor, expert, and trainer, he began his career during the 1999 Shock Plan initiated by the Ministry of Industry and Labor of Castilla La Mancha to reduce accident rates. He played a key role in establishing the Joint and External Prevention Service and served as technical director of SPA. Currently, he is a member of the Scientific Committee and technical coordinator at Vitaly SPA.

He collaborates with auditors and consulting firms as an advisor on Occupational Risk Prevention and Behavior-Based Safety and is a recognized judicial expert for various law firms. He also serves as a visiting professor at several universities, teaching subjects related to Occupational Risk Prevention, business strategy, and human resources, and is a frequent speaker at conferences.

Currently, he holds the position of President of AEPSAL and is a member of the Technical Committee for Standardization "081 Safety and Health." He has received numerous awards and distinctions for his research and career contributions and holds the EurOSHM title from ENSHPO.
