Jesús Briones Delgado

With over 32 years of experience in Human Resources, he currently serves as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsible for people management at CEPSA's Refino Madrid. He is a frequent speaker on leadership, HR strategies, the future of work, and the impact and implementation of new technologies and digital transformation in organizational and business contexts.

Since 2018, he has been an associate professor at Nebrija University. Beyond his academic role, he has contributed articles to various publications and authored two books: Promesas y realidades de la revolución tecnológica (Ed. Catarata, 2016) and La humanización de la era digital (Ed. Catarata, 2020).
