Jorge Colvin Díez

He holds a PhD. in Business Administration from the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija. Diploma in Business Management (PDD) from IESE (University of Navarra). Master in Stock Exchange and Financial Markets from IEB (Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles). In his academic career, in addition to teaching Financial Management, Financial Accounting and Business Plan Design and Management at the University of Nebrija, he currently teaches Finance and Accounting at Schiller International University (SIU), Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and Centro Universitario de Villanueva.
As a researcher, he has developed several academic collaborations with IESE as well as publications in indexed scientific journals.
He has more than 15 years of professional experience in leading companies in his sector, such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG and Grupo Codere, where he was head of mergers and acquisitions for Spain and member of the Chairman’s Office.
He is currently a business angel at IESE and a presidential advisor to Spanish multinational companies as well as to several investment banks in mergers and acquisitions.
