He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Master in Project Management and Expert in Management and Audit of Quality Systems.
Professor in different master’s degrees related to project management. Expert in eLearning training. Visiting professor in several Latin American universities. He has participated as a researcher and responsible for several R&D projects. He has national and international publications, having received the award for best paper at the International Congress IARIA Cognitive 2011.
Member of several international technical committees. He also has extensive experience in private companies in the telecommunications sector, where he has performed management and project management functions.
