Maite González MacDowell

She holds a MSc in Strategy and Innovation from the Saïd Business School- Oxford University. Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

More than 30 years of experience in IBM in business consulting and IT development working for national and international clients (1985-2019).

Certified in complex project management, she has led transformation processes, including the creation of new organizations and integration of acquired companies. She elaborated for the corporation the strategic plan of services of the multinational at global level (Paris, France and Armonk, USA, 1999).

Responsible for the e-business center of IBM Spain (2000- 2003) and member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Association of Electronic Commerce (2002-2005). Executive at IBM since 2007 and responsible for the application management area in IBM Europe (until 2016), responsible for innovation in the IBM Europe services organization (until December 2019), advising clients in Innovation and Digital Transformation processes, and member of the Europe Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Associate Professor at the University of Nebrija since 2017, she also collaborates with Entities, Universities and Business Schools (including ESADE, WBCSD and IE) in conferences and teaching activities.
