Leadership and Human Resources Professor
Omar España has a doctorate in Business Administration from the Rey Juan Carlos University of Spain and has been a research professor at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Paris, France. He has a Bachelor degree in International Relations from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a diploma in Foreign Trade Advice and Consulting from Bufete Internacional. He has a Master Degree in European Union Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master Degree in Senior Management from the Rey Juan Carlos University.
In the academic field, he has collaborated as a lecturer and guest professor at more than 15 universities in Spain, France, England, Germany, Mexico, the United States and China, among others. He has more than 40 publications in specialized magazines and books. He was also Teaching Coordinator of the Center for Ibero-American Studies where he promoted the creation of the first Mexico-European Union Analysis Center.
He has developed his professional career in the private sector as a consultant and trainer at the head of ABE-Consulting in various areas of international management, talent management and management skills. He has participated in several international negotiation processes between multinationals and governments of various countries. Founding President of the UNAM International Relations Alumni Society and member of Alumni Alban of the European Commission, FCPyS, MDUE, CERALE-ESCP-Europa and Euroscience.
