Paola Rodas

Paola Rodas has a PhD in Law from the University of Valencia EG. She is accredited as a Associate Professor by ANECA.

She is an expert in European company law. She has carried out research stays in London, Hamburg and Boston. Her research work is carried out mainly in the field of corporate law, insurance law and maritime law. She is the author of two monographs: Libertad de establecimiento y movilidad internacional de las sociedades mercantiles (Comares 2010), La separación del socio en la Ley de sociedades de capital (Marcial Pons 2013).

Her teaching activity focuses on the field of Commercial Law and international business. She has taught in postgraduate courses and university master degrees at the University of Valencia, Rovira i Virgili University, San Carlos University of Guatemala, etc.

At the university level, she has held management positions, such as coordinating bachelor and master degree courses.
