Ramón Gascón Alonso

Ramón Gascón has a Bachelor degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master degree in Corporate Responsibility and Institutional Relations from Schiller University and PDD from IESE.

In 1989 he joined the corporate finance department of BBVA INTERACTIVOS SA. Later, he joined BBVA TRADE and, as Country Manager, first in China (2000-2010) and then in South Korea (2010-2013), he would lead BBVA expansion in Asia, with the opening of the Bank in both Shanghai and in Seoul. In his last stage at BBVA he was director of international relations and public affairs for Eurasia. He is the patron of the different foundation councils of Spain in Eurasia, representative before CEOE, ICEX.

He is currently a director of the Exporters and Investors Club of Spain.
