Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Technology

Prepare to Lead Transformation

We are living through an unprecedented revolution. Digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and sustainability are reshaping the rules across every sector. Organizations increasingly require professionals who can combine technological understanding with strategic and managerial vision. The market calls for hybrid leaders who can connect IT departments with senior management and align innovation with profitability.

The Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Technology responds to this global demand. This pioneering program is designed to educate the next generation of professionals who are able to design strategy, develop the technical systems needed to implement it, and oversee its execution.

Why Is This Degree Different?

This program offers a comprehensive and balanced integration of business and technology. Students develop a stronger technical foundation than in a traditional Business Administration degree, with solid training in mathematics, statistics, modeling, and data analysis aimed at solving complex problems. At the same time, the program places greater emphasis on business applications than a traditional engineering degree, fostering skills in management, economics, project management, and business strategy to ensure that technology supports organizational objectives.

The academic approach is structured around three core pillars. The first is analysis and decision-making, enabling students to master the essential tools for strategic implementation. The second is project management, providing a strong foundation for leading initiatives from start to finish. The third is sustainability and impact, incorporating a strong awareness of corporate social responsibility and sustainable practices into the learning experience.

Graduates of this degree are prepared for high-demand roles in today’s job market. They are qualified to lead digital transformation projects, manage technological innovation processes, direct process reengineering and operational optimization initiatives, analyze and leverage Big Data for decision-making, and implement sustainability and environmental impact strategies.

Demand for these hybrid profiles continues to grow rapidly. Graduates are highly valued across a wide range of sectors, including technology and consulting, banking and finance, logistics and supply chain management, energy and healthcare, as well as Industry 4.0.

testimonio
"We have developed a program that responds to a very specific need: the gap between technical departments and business areas that many organizations face today. What makes this degree distinctive is its ability to integrate two fields that have traditionally evolved separately. The curriculum has been designed so that business and technology perspectives are combined in a natural and coherent way. The result is a new professional profile, capable of translating business needs into technological solutions and explaining the business value of technical developments.
