Specialized Master's degree in International Trade Law, designed in collaboration with Sagardoy, which delves into concepts such as globalization, international operations and mergers, regulation of financial markets and international taxation.

The Master's Degree in International Trade Law is offered as a complement to the Master's Degree in Legal Practice and Representation, in its face-to-face modality, along with three other degrees in Tax Law, Regulatory Sector Law and Labor Law, which aim to promote the specialization of students by expanding their professional horizons.
The Master's Degree in Legal Practice and Representation is recognized throughout the European Higher Education Area, and as enabling training for the purposes provided in current Law 34/2006 of October 30 on accessing the professions of Lawyer and Court Attorney.
The program has been designed with a marked practical approach, in which the important partnerships with the most important companies and legal firms in Spain stand out: BBVA, Deloitte, Sagardoy, Repsol, Iberia, Inditex, FCC, Acciona...
The teaching staff is made up of partners from law firms and lawyers from national and international companies, as well as other prestigious jurists: EY, Ceca Magán, KPMG and Serrano Alberca & Conde.

Admission
Admission Process
The admission process consists of the following phases:
Submit documentation
The following documentation must be sent by post or courier to the Postgraduate Admissions Section:
- Completed Admission Application.
- Updated Curriculum Vitae.
- Photocopy of DNI (only Spanish candidates) or passport (only foreign candidates).
- Photocopy of the Academic transcript/record (completed or in the last year of the university degree).
- Two passport-size photographs, in color.
- Document that proves the student has the Intermediate Level B2 in Spanish (for non-Spanish speakers who wish to take the MASTER's Degree).
Proficiency test
Once the complete documentation has been received, and it has been verified that the diploma presented grants access to a Master's degree, as established in Arts.15 and 16 of Royal Decree 1393/2007, candidates take the proficiency test of the chosen program, which is carried out by the Department of University Development.
The test takes place in person in Madrid and in different Spanish cities and, additionally, it can be taken remotely for those candidates residing outside of Spain.
The proficiency test, which aims to analyze the student's ability to complete the Master's program, assesses the candidate's profile and skills, so it does not require prior preparation and allows the student to receive more comprehensive and personalized advice on his/her academic and career options.
The proficiency test consists of three parts. The first is an aptitude test with which the maturity of the student is evaluated and the reasons that lead him/her to study with us are analyzed. The second is a Spanish placement test, depending on the case, for those students who cannot prove that they have the required level, in which the Intermediate Level must be reached, and the third is a face-to-face or telephone interview with the Program Coordinator in which the student enrolls or with the School Director.
Once the aforementioned proficiency test has been passed, the candidate maintains a personal interview with the Coordinator of the Program in which he/she is enrolled or with the School Director.
2.- After the admission tests, the Admissions Committee analyzes the results and the documentation submitted by the candidate and approves or rejects the application. The candidate receives written information about his/her admission, about the process of formalizing his/her enrollment in the Program and about the definitive documentation, duly legalized, that he/she must submit.
3.- Formalize registration and enrollment.
After registration, the candidate proceeds to formalize his/her enrollment, choosing subjects online and completing the required information. Throughout the process, the candidate is permanently in contact with the Department of University Development and with the academic managers of the chosen Program, who advise them on any questions they may have.
The weighting of the different phases are as follows:
- Admission test: 25%
- Interview: 25%
- Transcript of previous studies: 50%
