Information to request renewal at the end of each course

Scholarships and GrantsScholarship renewal

Scholarships are awarded for academic years, so a deadline is established to request renewal at the end of each academic year. This process is managed through the Student Department.

Process

  • 1st Submit the application for scholarship renewal together with all the requested documentation in due time and form. Nebrija University reserves the right to request the student any additional documentation it deems necessary. All documentation must be sent to infobecas@nebrija.es within the stipulated period.
  • 2nd It is necessary to meet the specific requirements of the scholarship program of which you are a beneficiary. If this is not the case, Nebrija University and the Antonio de Nebrija Foundation reserve the right to penalize or deny the granting of the student's scholarship.

Specific requirements of each scholarship

Scholarship Renewal Excellence

Requirements

Students can apply in any year of their studies. To renew or apply for the scholarship as a student at the University, they must maintain a grade average above 7.5 in the subjects taken so far.

>Family income from the year prior to the year of application is assessed. The income of the family unit must not exceed a series of economic parameters, defined by the University. These parameters vary according to the number of members of the family unit, and the place of residence (inside or outside the Community of Madrid). Regardless of the economic criteria set forth, the university reserves the right to decide based on the analysis of the special features and circumstances of each case.

Documentation

  1. 1. Scholarship application/renewal application form.
  2. Collective registration document of the family unit (which shows all the people registered at the address).
  3. Income statements of all members of the family unit of legal age. Persons registered at the family home will be understood as such. If there is someone who is not part of the family unit, a supporting document must be submitted (such as a rental contract in a different home, an electricity or water supply contract from another location, a work contract to prove that they are an employee, etc.). In the event that the children are included in the statement of a parent, it is not necessary to submit their own income statement. If any of the registered persons of legal age has not submitted the income statement because they are not obliged to do so, a negative Treasury certificate must be provided in their name.
Scholarship Renewal Honors

Requirements

It can only be renewed if the student has been a beneficiary since they entered the University. To renew it, a grade average of over 8.5 must be maintained in the subjects taken so far.

Scholarship Renewal Agreements with City Councils or Secondary Education Centers

Requirements

Students can access it upon being admitted to the University. Afterwards, it can only be renewed each successive academic year. They cannot apply for the first time as a continuing student at the University.
The academic requirement depends on the agreement. In general, it consists of maintaining a grade average above 7.5 in the subjects taken so far. Students can find this information by contacting the Scholarship Department.

Scholarship Renewal High Performance Athletes

Requirements

Students can apply in any year of their studies. In order to renew or apply for the scholarship as a student at the University, all the subjects in which the student is enrolled must have been passed (ordinary or extraordinary call).

These parameters vary according to the number of members of the family unit and the place of residence (inside or outside the Community of Madrid). Students can find this information by contacting the Scholarship Department.

Specific requirement: be federated and participating in sports competitions.

  3. Income statements of all members of the family unit of legal age. Persons registered at the family home will be understood as such. If there is someone who is not part of the family unit, a supporting document must be submitted (such as a rental contract in a different home, an electricity or water supply contract from another location, a work contract to prove that they are an employee, etc.).   4. Certificate accrediting the Federation with a current date. If it is the first application, it must be certified that the student has been federated for at least 2 years.

Requirements

Maintain an average above 7.5 in the Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or in its Double Degrees.

Scholarship RenewalEntrepreneur Talent

Requirements

Maintain an average above 7.5 in the Bachelor's Degree in C-ADE Business Creation, Administration and Management, or in its Double Degrees.

Scholarship RenewalTourism Talent

Requirements

Maintain an average above 7.5 in the Bachelor's Degree in Tourism or in its Double Degrees.
