International Mobility Program 2023-2024*

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2022: Presentation of the International Mobility Program 2023-2024 and Destination Universities. Remote format.
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2022: Opening of call and of deadline, presentation of the Application of interest and Registration, International Mobility Program 2023-2024 (available on the Student Portal).
TUESDAY, JANUARY 17, 2023: End of the deadline to present the Registration form for the International Mobility Program 2023-2024** (includes Destination University Preferences) and related documentation***.
TUESDAY, JANUARY 24, 2023: Provisional award of destination and opening of the period for acceptance, resignation and, where appropriate, arguments.
THURSDAY, JANUARY 26, 2023: End of period for arguments.
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2023: Publication of the final award and deadline to request withdrawal from IMP 23-24 without penalty.
FROM FEBRUARY TO JUNE 2023: Deadlines for registration at destination and submission of related documentation.
- *FRIDAY, JUNE 30, 2023: End of period to submit the Learning Agreement, Responsibilities Sheet and Contact Sheet to the International Mobility Office. For students with annual or 1st semester mobility.
JUNE/JULY 2023: Pre-departure Orientation Sessions.

Extraordinary period or 2nd round of registration in the International Mobility Program PMI 2023-2024

TUESDAY, MARCH 14, 2023: Opening of the extraordinary registration period (2nd ROUND) for departures only in the 2nd semester of the 2023-2024 academic year (see IMP Call to learn about for all limitations). It is necessary to present the Registration form in the International Mobility Program 2023-2024 with the Destination University Preferences and the related documentation**.
FRIDAY, APRIL 14, 2023: End of the extraordinary registration period (2nd ROUND) for the IMP for departures only in the 2nd semester of the 2023-2024 academic year.
FRIDAY, APRIL 21, 2023: Provisional award of destination of the extraordinary period, and opening of the period of acceptance, resignation and, where appropriate, arguments.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26, 2023: End of arguments for the extraordinary period.
MONDAY, MAY 8, 2023: Publication of the definitive award of the extraordinary period and deadline to request withdrawal from the IMP 23-24 without penalty.

* This calendar could be affected by the health situation related to the COVID-19 virus.
** See the Call for the International Mobility Program 2023-2024 online for more details on deadlines, provisional award of exchange places and related procedures.
*** If applicable, submission must include the corresponding foreign language level certificate, if required by the destination university.
**** This 2nd Extraordinary Round only allows departures for the 2nd semester and for destinations that have become available after the first award. The available destinations will be published on February 14, 2023 in the "Host Universities" section.
