The routes and entry requirements for the degree are those set out in Royal Decree 1393/2007 of October 29, with subsequent modification in Royal Decree 861/2010, of July 2, which establishes the organization of official university education.
For its part, the entry profile for the Master's Degree in Project Management and Organization is defined as follows:
The appropriate profile is aimed at engineers and graduates: who want to train and specialize in Project Management to improve their competitiveness and professional career, professionals (with a university degree) who work in the management of projects and do not have specialized training.
In addition, at Nebrija University it is necessary to pass the Admission Tests specific to each degree, whose content and specific procedure will be described under the heading "Access requirements and admission criteria”.
With respect to the entrance of non-Spanish speakers, the same profile as that of Spanish speakers will be required and they must also demonstrate their communicative competence in oral and written Spanish at a B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for teaching, learning and evaluation of languages.
Through the University's website (www.nebrija.com) and all the brochures that are usually published in the University, both the objectives and the structure of subjects that make up the academic program of the proposed title are described.
On the aforementioned page, you can consult the objectives of the degree, its general characteristics, the curriculum, the CVs of professors and tutors, testimonial texts of former students, career opportunities, the list of companies that have hired graduates in previous years, among other information of great interest such as fees, scholarships, bank loans and other aid, etc.
The candidate has access to all the information about the admission process, requirements, etc. on the University website: www.nebrija.com. This website also contains PDF copies of the informational brochures of the various programs.
The University has a Promotion and Admissions Department, which is responsible for providing personalized information to whoever requests it and for monitoring and facilitating the candidate's access phases, from the administrative and management side. The Promotion and Admissions Department has specialized people for each program, trained to respond to requests for information that may arrive by e-mail, telephone or fax, authorized for this purpose, and that appear in the advertisement. The candidate is also given the opportunity to meet with the Coordinator of the Master's Degree in Project Management and Organization and the Director of the Department.
According to the provisions of article 16 of RD 1393/2007, modified by RD 861/2010, students who meet any of the following conditions may access these studies:
In the case of university graduates whose previous education does not include training in Business Management and Administration, the Antonio de Nebrija University will offer and demand training complements in this discipline, so that all students who access the master's degree have the appropriate knowledge at the level of the degree they wish to access.
In this way, if the student's profile requires it, the University, through the Master's Degree Director, will establish the training complements that the student must complete. These supplements may have a maximum load of 12 ECTS credits, and will be set according to the candidate's profile and history.
The training complements are not part of the Master's Degree in Project Management and Organization by the Antonio de Nebrija University.
The student must take, if required, any of the following subjects:
The description of these training complements is included in the point Training supplements for Master's Degree of this Report.
In addition to the legal requirements, the university requires the completion of some access tests of its own, the admission tests.
The process of admission to the Master's degree begins by sending by post or courier to the Postgraduate Admissions Section the following documentation:
Once the documentation has been received and verified that the submitted degree grants access to the degree, as established in arts. 15 and 16 of Royal Decree 1393/2007, the candidates take the skills test of the chosen program, whose realization is handled by the Promotion and Admissions Department. This test takes place in person in Madrid and in different Spanish cities and, additionally, it can also be done remotely (online).
The admission test, which aims to analyze the student's abilities to complete the Master's program, evaluates the candidate's profile and abilities, so it does not require prior preparation and allows the student to receive broader and personalized advice about their academic and professional options. This test consists of two parts: the first is an aptitude test with which the maturity of the student is evaluated, and the reasons that lead him/her to study with us are analyzed. The second one is a specific test for the chosen program that consists of a test of questions about organization and management of companies, of basic level of education in the degrees that correspond to the entry profile.
Once the different phases of the admission tests have been completed, the candidate has a personal interview with the Master's degree Coordinator, who makes a report on the candidate's ability profile, his degree of maturity, his personal interest in the Master's Degree and his adaptation to the degree, which is attached to the file that will be studied by the Admissions Commission. In the case of doing the written tests remotely, the personal interview can be done through videoconference.
Once the admission tests have been completed, the Admissions Committee, made up of the heads of the Department, the General Secretary and the Promotion and Admissions Department, analyzes the results and documentation submitted by the candidate and approves or rejects the application. The candidate receives written information about their admission, which is advanced by telephone, about the result of the admission process and about the formalization of their enrollment in the Program, the final documentation that must be submitted, duly legalized, etc.
The weighting of these admission tests is specified below:
Once the admission is announced, the candidates must make the reservation of a place. This economic pre-enrollment guarantees the candidate's place at the University.
Pre-enrolled candidates who wish to formalize their academic enrollment at the University must, within the indicated periods, follow the following steps:
The admission criteria for the case of students enrolled in degrees taught in blended modality will be the same as that of the classroom attendance modality, but will add the following additional criteria:
- Real possibility of carrying out a correct follow-up of the training activities foreseen in the requested degree (which may have a certain in-person component). This will be assessed during the personal interview, in which the interviewer, in addition to all the access and admission criteria already mentioned for the classroom attendance modality, will assess whether the candidate's work and personal situation, his time availability, etc. is compatible with the normal development of the teaching-learning process and activities with the expected teaching load. As a result of this joint analysis, which will entail a mutual exchange of information, students can be guided about their real possibilities, the recommended annual enrollment fee, the mandatory presence in some activities or, even if necessary, reject their candidacy, if a probable impossibility of satisfactorily performing the programmed training activities is detected.
The Antonio de Nebrija University does not allow the simultaneity of teaching modalities, but does allow the change of modality from classroom attendance to distance education, or vice versa. The General Student Regulations includes the specific regulations for the change of modality in its article 7.
For the purposes envisaged in the current and applicable legislation, with the objective of making student mobility effective, recognition is understood as the acceptance by the Antonio de Nebrija University of the credits that, having been obtained in some official education, in this or another University, are computed in different ones in order to obtain an official degree.
The credits obtained by the student will be recognized in the new teachings:
The maximum number of credits of cases a) and b) may not be higher, as a whole, than 15% of the total credits that constitute the Curriculum.
Also, the transfer of credits implies the inclusion in the official academic documents accrediting the lessons followed by each student, of the credits obtained in previously studied official courses, in this or another University, that have not led to the obtaining of an official degree.
The recognition of credits must be requested by the student at the moment of formalizing their enrollment. Exceptionally, and with explicit authorization, a different deadline may be established. The student must also pay the fees established for this purpose.
Criteria for the recognition of credits and their justification in cases a) and b):
Nebrija University will take special care in the process of recognition of credits through professional experience, which will be applied with a restrictive criterion and a clear correlation between experience and recognized competences, for a correct and orderly development of the new legal scenario, and within the framework of the instructions issued by ANECA, both in the verification processes and with a view to the accreditation processes of the degrees.

In the case of university graduates whose previous training does not include training in Business Administration and Management, the Antonio de Nebrija University will offer and demand training complements in this discipline, so that all students who access the master's degree have the appropriate prior knowledge to the level of the degree they wish to access.
In this way, if the student's profile so requires it, the University, through the Master's Director, will establish the training complements that the student must complete.
