The world is in a profound process of change, both from an environmental and technological point of view. These variations affect the technologies of energy production and the models of generation, distribution and consumption of electricity. Faced with this new outlook, renewable energies are becoming fundamentally important, becoming the main protagonists of the future energy transition.
In order to face these new challenges, specialized professionals, experts in the efficient use of energy and its production are necessary. Nebrija University's Master's Degree in Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency is designed to respond to that demand and train transversal professionals, capable of obtaining a global vision of all the processes in the generation, distribution and consumption of energy.
The Master's degree has three main objectives in the training of students. The first is that the student is able to analyze and understand, from the technical, economic and geostrategic points of view, the great changes that are taking place in energy issues. On the other hand, the second is that the student acquires a thorough knowledge of all renewable generation technologies. The last objective is for the student to understand the importance of energy efficiency and master the different practices for the efficient use of energy.

The students of this Master's degree will be able to carry out their professional internships in some of the companies and institutions of the sector such as Iberdrola, Repsol and Gamesa.

Starting from a basic training in engineering, the student will understand the global energy context, will know in detail the economic, regulatory and technological foundations of the Renewable Energies sector, and will acquire direct experience in its application through supervised individual work, the Final Research Project.
The student must complete 60 credits
The subjects will be taught from Monday to Thursday, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
